We hope you absolutely love your purchase! 💕 If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return & will gladly issue an online store credit so you can find something you’ll love even more.
To Qualify for a Return

Items must be received by our office within 30 days of the original ship date

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

All original tags must remain attached

Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
Returns that do not meet these guidelines cannot be accepted. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you an email confirming that your online store credit has been issued. Store credit will be applied for the price of the item only and does not include shipping charges.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons:
- Items discounted 50% or more
- Panties
- Bodysuits
- Shapewear
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Seductive Accessories
- Personal Care Items
- Adhesive Products (nipple covers, etc.)
- Gift cards
How to Start Your Return:
Self-service returns are honored within the continental United States. Returns must be initiated through the portal within 30 days of the original ship date. To begin a return, log into your account & verify with the 6-digit code. Select the items you would like to return then select REQUEST RETURN. You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that a $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be applied.
If you elect to ship you return using your own shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Anna Bella Fine Lingerie is not liable for lost returns.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Anna Bella will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be verified with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is correct, where you want your package delivered, and includes all pertinent information (house number, suite number, or apartment number).
