For online sales, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, your item must show no signs of wear or misuse & must contain the original tags. For reasons of hygiene, panties, swimwear, shapewear & hosiery are not returnable. Purchases of sale items are final sale & not eligible for return.
In addition to our online store, Anna Bella Fine Lingerie operates a brick & mortar store in Alpharetta, Georgia. The return policy for in-store purchasing differs slightly from the return policy outlined here & is posted in fitting rooms & at checkout for informational purposes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it does take some time before refunds are posted by banks & credit card companies. If a refund has not posted, please contact your bank / credit card company to inquire about the transaction. Returns should be shipped to 325 Market Street, Alpharetta, Georgia US 30009. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs from original purchase are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
