Return Policy
For online purchases, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for return, the item must be in unused condition with all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, panties, swimwear, shapewear, and hosiery are not eligible for return. Please note that sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a self-service return, please CLICK HERE to access your customer account. Self-service returns are only applicable for shipping within the United States. Once a return has been requested, a return label will be emailed to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any balance due as a result of the return. You may elect to send returns without using the self-service return process. Returns are to be directed to 325 Market Street, Alpharetta, Georgia, US 30009 and please include either your original packing slip or your name inside the box.
Once your return is received and meets with return guidelines, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Kindly be aware that it may take some time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds. If you haven't seen the refund posted, we suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of the transaction.
