For online sales, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain the original tags and packaging. Items exempt from returns are panties, hosiery, or any similar intimate products. Please provide receipt or proof of purchase with returns. Purchases of sale items are not eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it does take some time before refunds are posted by banks & credit card companies. If a refund has not posted, please contact your bank / credit card company to inquire about the transaction. Returns should be shipped to 325 Market Street, Alpharetta, Georgia US 30009. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
