Bonjour Valentine!

What's Your Love Language?
February 6, 2018

This Valentine's Day, be sure you are speaking the right language.  That is, the right love language!  It has been reported that there are 5 love languages  .... 5 ways that people speak and understand emotional love.

WORDS OF AFFIRMATION  - Verbal compliments, or words of appreciation, are powerful communicators of love. Psychologist William James said that possibly the deepest human need is the need to feel appreciated. Words of affirmation will meet that need for many.

PHYSICAL TOUCH - Physical touch is also a powerful vehicle for communicating love. Holding hands, kissing, and embracing are all ways of communicating emotional love.  For many (especially  men) this is their primary love language. Without it, they feel unloved. With it, their emotional tank is filled, and they feel secure in love.

QUALITY TIME -  Time is a precious commodity and we all have so many demands on our time. Make the most of your hours by committing some of them to your loved one. If their primary love language is quality time, they simply want you ..... being with you, spending time with you.

ACTS OF SERVICE -  With this love language, "actions" speak louder than words.  Doing thinks to please another to express your love.  Consider actions such as planning a romantic dinner - emptying the dishwasher - taking out the trash.  They are all acts of service that require effort or planning.  If done with a happy spirit, they are indeed expressions of love.

Once you discover the primary love language of your partner, you are only limited by your imagination on ways to express your love!  Let Anna Bella help you discover the best way to say Je T'Aime!
